If this game worked as intended, I would suggest to implement different AMs to hire. You pay tokens to hire him, then a regular season money fee.
Then he can find better players on the market, better scouts and gives more accurated tips during the game.
If you stick to the free one, that's what you get.

I also agree and miss the club history and season's stats but this is not the right way.

What do you mean? That's how my game shows on my iPhone. I don't have live animation enabled if that's what you're referring to.
