I think all what matter is 11 guys I don't think nordeus cares if they have condition But of course it's useless,player will perform poor,and not gaining any attribute %,so besides 1 green for sub there's no point playing home friendly with low condition,player will not improve

so, this is maybe an interesting strategy.
Suppose that this guy doesn't care about developing of his players.
Let's say that he has a (basic) squad of 32-33 3* veterans.
What he is doing is to gather greens and money for one "lost" season.
It's 40 greens per day with that.
Not bad, considering that now the max is about 15 per day.

The only problem is if he is out of players from injuries.

Yes,its true,if you want chill 1 season before getting new guys you don't care any competition so you play as many friendlies as possible ,but it's true ,no condition likely means lot of injuries so he really needs lot of player,but with those few greens now from videos it's logical .But I won't do that,I prefer buy greens if needed,no time for 20 30 or 40 friendlies
