    Power Training

I just wondered if anyone has a good power training regime for MC/AMC/ST, basically anyone but defensive players?
I generally power train using the hard & very hard drills & wondered if there was a better way which uses less greens but has the maximum effect. Has anyone created a spreadsheet of appropriate drills?

(warm up + stretch) + ( skill drill + pass go shoot )+ (use head + piggy in middle) = 8.50

You need ( 4 defenders 4 mid centers and 4 attackers) at least to get the bonus ...

if you have players with multi positions you can use 8 instead of 12 ...

The result depends on the age of your players and their hidden abilities to progress.

Do people really believe the game is that advanced to produce a spread sheet like that 😂😂
Basically select your whole squad and depending on fitness level select 2 of defensive, attacking and physical and train the lot.
As for transfers I'd normally just buy a scout player especially at the beginning of the season as young players go for 30t+ and throw 50 green packs at him there really is not much in it.

The mathematics of training is very simple. Bonuses are somewhat more difficult to calculate. Mostly because of the "gray" skills. Such tables help in the choice of exercises to reduce the number of "gray" skills. (Translated by Google)
