Today I got 3. I receive between 9 and 18, never more than 18. Never got them in a row

Only play T11 on PC I'm afraid, which adds to the frustration knowing that vids are out there just unavailable to me.
Wish Nordeus would clarify just what the criteria is for receiving them.
