does anyone know the crowd cap for Level 3 ?

i have a 13,000 stadium and the stadium is the only thing i can upgrade

i think it is 13k , but i suggest you to build it directly the new stadium because in 3 days you gonna grow up in level (i think you do lvl up)
and even if you have the crowd lvl cap you will have the 5% possession once you have reach it !
ex. Stadium seats 20k , lvl gap 15k if you have 15k supporters watching the match = 5% possession !
Stadium seats 13k , lvl gap 15k same if you have 13k supporters = 5%possession !
Stadium seats 30k , lvl gap 30k if you have lower then 29k supporters your possession will decrease same as the number of supporters !

6k is the maximum fans you can have at level 3

so once my current building is done, should i just go ahead and build stadium another level ?

So I can have a 400 seat stadium and still have +5 posession at level 20?
