aggression skills drop

Guys,
Have you notice aggression skill points drop. I have notice on some of my players.

Did not check how much. I have 2 strikers.One 25 YRS old and now his aggression is 18%. 2nd striker is 23 yrs old and he has 29%. So sinse i am buying players with aggression min 90 %. I have notice this. Also those players they are in my team at least 3 seasons

I don't even know how to break this to you, but well, it is a GAME MECHANIC. Each year your club goes to higher level, all players "looses" 20% from all of his skills...

20% points, not 20%. For example if a player was at 50% for a certain skill then the skill should go down to 40% if he looses 20%. But it drops to 30%, which is a 40% drop. Same at higher levels. If the skill was 200% - dropping to 180% is only a 10% drop.
