Can't activate team bonuses

To activate team bonuses during a game, founded pretty easy in the beginning. But whenever I am trying to do so, there is a message, something about sidelines.
Failure! Finally how can I activate them?

Theoretically if you see here in this video I activate it at the second 46' ... if appear an error contact the support via "?" button in-game please.

How stupid of me! You are pressing the image button (coach) not the percentage button, correct?
What can we do? As you grow in age, you learn more.
