Training bonus

Good day to all, would just like to find out if the training bonus becomes automatically active or not during the live match if the manager is not online (during the live match). The reason I ask is because sometimes I miss the live match and when I check the results (match report) it will sometimes give a thumbs up to training bonus for a win.

2-10% is auto
if you push the button during the game (the green coach icon nest to gear), you 'll get +50% so 15%.

but don't bother much for as.manager comments or report.
