As far as I can tell the match time is completely random. It is not set for the same time everyday.

I've gotten matches starting from about 10 A.M. to as late as 11 P.M and that goes for league, CL and Cup.

I am a manager on my 2nd season so you might want to wait for an answer from a more "seasoned" person though.
