Advice on a bid

I'm currently looking towards getting some good quality players in terms of training speed, but in terms of quality there isn't really much choice given my budget of 1.1 million.

I'm thinking on buying:

18 YO ST - 17 Quality - 3* - Worth 1.19 Million.

For a level two going into level three, would an investment be worth it?

personally I would wait a few days and sign a player when you are at level 3. better players will be available. a quality 17 will only be a 2* next season

unless u plan on power training him... then may be worth it

I think power training him would be a good option, given they are a lower star apparently they train faster. This might be worth doing if it can accumulate a vast amount of skill points in a short amount of time.

Wait for the new season then get the player you want. But never on the first few days as all the managers will be bidding like mad.

being young and having a reasonably high value he should gain points pretty quickly
