High pressing + man to man cause extra condition loss.
So, after a game with low press and zonal you loose about 20-22% condition and with high + mtm you loose double.
Use them for emergency, when you 're desperate for a result and not from the beginning of the match.
With this way you 're saving greens.

Also try to buy some more 5* players.
Go for 80-85% quality, not young. They are cheaper (money and token).

I think your players are almost dead, cause their condition are in red. Your players condition should in green bar before match. Get the rest/green from watching ads, it's useful. Buy a good defender with aerial header, a good midfield with playmaker and a good striker with one on one.

I think for the style of play, it's up to you. Every managers have their own style, like me who only knows full attack, even when against strong opponent (wkwk...) I think a good manager should know when to defend and when to attack.

Maybe you can wait for another manager to give some advice.

try to farm rest pack everyday by watching free video,
always make sure your 1st 11 player condition more than 90% or at least not lower than 85% before match.

you shouldn't force your 1st 11 to train so hard until they almost dead.
they will surely die during the match by heart attack or something.

anyway, try to get mature 5* player in your squad age around 27~29 especially at midfield as beginning for you to understand this game.

if you bid those 5* player at auction, try not to over bidding them, if somebody bid more than 10 tokens, you should give up the bidding war,
there are plenty of 5* players with cheaper price will come out

I change formation based on the opponent who I'm playing against but only at the limit of my position options, try to buy players with multiple roles like me so u have better options when trying to counter a formation or creating ur own def,atk,possession formations
