I think your players are almost dead, cause their condition are in red. Your players condition should in green bar before match. Get the rest/green from watching ads, it's useful. Buy a good defender with aerial header, a good midfield with playmaker and a good striker with one on one.

I think for the style of play, it's up to you. Every managers have their own style, like me who only knows full attack, even when against strong opponent (wkwk...) I think a good manager should know when to defend and when to attack.

Maybe you can wait for another manager to give some advice.
