when you level up your player they train slower and slower. What if you just dont spend the skillpoints and wait til you have enought to level like 4 stars at once. wouldn't that go faster?

No... The game still recognises the skill points gained whether they have been applied or not to the player when power training.

Yeah as soon as you have enough points they slow down
