How i get special jersey/emblems?

sometimes i see people with special jerseys and emblems that are not in the club's shop...
how did they get those special ones?

They are from previous seasons. Remembering that there are managers who play the game for many years and during that time many jerseys and badges passed through the club store and were being withdrawn.
