Does the morale of RESERVES effect team?

I know morale is important for starters.
Keeping subs in a good mood is a good idea.
Should I spent precious time and morale boosters to keep reserves happy? Does their mood effect the rest of the team in any way? I mean in regards to the willing of play of those who are actually playing.

I wouldn't´t read too much into morale
As long as its sitting at good ive never had a problem.

I don't think so, but make sure all players' morale at least "GOOD" while you train em just for bonuses (to get yr 10s faster)
