How to beat 2-2-3-3

I must to beat this formation:

mc-mc-mc

His quality is 30.4 and my is 23.2. I think that i can play 4-4-2 but i don`t know how order is good and what arrows. .I don't have aml/amr, only amc.I play in six hours.Thx.

It seems that he wanna play with 4-3-3 but the DR-DL is become DMR-DML.
Just take it easy, guy. 4-4-2 is right choice to beat that illegal formation with attacking mentality, mixed focus, half possesion, short passing, zonal marking, checklist counter attack, and give red arrow only for wings (ML and MR). That's my thought

Not true. He will have 80% possession but can still easily lose against a superior opponent.

He needs a formation that will take advantage of this possession and the opponents weakness of formation.

4-3-1-2 should do it

attacking, up the middle, zonal, mixed passing, normal tackle, no counter, no offsides, own half.

Even if he is using illegal formation. It doesn't automatically means you will beat him using any legal formation
