Yellow & Red Cards

Since the start of this season I have seen a clear upturn in Yellow and especially Red Cards. I have now had 3 players receive a Red Card in all competitions so far, two of whom had previously rarely even had a Yellow.
Has anybody else noticed this or is it just me? I use normal tackling mostly, only occasionally using hard tackling however the cards are mostly on normal tackling.

I've had same. 3 red already 2of those straight. Good number of yellows also. Last season strangely quiet on card front except for 1 straight in cl sf

Yes,my opponents have this too this season lol
Joke aside,i think it's just random,some seasons i got many yellow cards,some i got just few
As per red cards,in the last 20 seasons i didn't had more than 1 straight red card in a season and less than 5 overall

Not so many cards, just more injuries...

Agree think it's just some seasons you have lots some seasons few
