Agreed. Thats why i train so hard my players with SA of FK PK CK. When one injured of sub there always 4 other players that have ability to take those kicks.

Not just random player. Seems cheated as well after spending so many tokens upgrading SA for my players. Now they just make it randomly taken instead assign specific players earlier.

Even more its stupid that it autosaves DURING game ,since you may do a wrong move ( change the wrong player) and cant undo.

old match reports dont work two

i am a level 19 manger in a level 20 cup and CL i got 3ed place in my cup and some how pull off a 3-1 win to get to final of my CL (witch i feel rob by being place in both higher level cups) but i trying to get my old match reports because the final is with the same level 20 guy that was in my group that i some how won 1-0 at home and then 3-1 away to take top spot with him taking 2ed and i would like to look at what i did it my 2 games with him to help me pull of the win

If you want one player is playing more inside or outside the position that he plays in the intented area.

Idk if I'm the only one, but I usually made subs in game largely based on condition - which was simple, I sorted based on who had the least & made changes accordingly.

Now it's all visual - I have to try & make out if my DC or MC has a slightly lesser green bar or waste time checking individual players.

That aside, 2 of my players lost their DML position & didn't get a replacement. Have dropped support a line.

Also, setting player positions up is a pain on a touch screen ! They move all over the place & it's highly annoying for someone with OCD like me. Hah

I also do not like that players in pitch in setup are displayed only by their numbers.

I made a mistake and I could not remember the numbers of my players...

And things got a bit difficult I must say

Problems with the new formation screen:

1) Doesn't show what positions players are trained for if they are on the pitch (underneath the subs you can still see their positions)

2) Color blind people cannot see the difference of brighter area on the formation screen! I am colorblind so the green grass isnt green for me from the get-go. To see how good a player is in a position, I have to move him around the pitch to see how the color of the pitch changes. But none of the changes can be seen by my eyes!

3) The formation screen is horizontal, not vertical! Vertical formation screens is what everyone uses in football - in real life, in online games and on Football Manager. There's a reason for that - it is much easier to get a good grip on your tactics when you can see the formation vertically.

Saucy... what's with the wastes greens, if you had already a DR/DMR? And what with the waste skill points, what also costs a lot of T/greens?

I want a clear anwer, if you just stealing (and in this case, it's stolen) or you compensate that?

It's a good question Nash. At this point, I don't have an answer for you, but I will talk to the team and get back to the community regarding this.

Still not updating. Try to fix with a re install, nothing happens. Missed my CL semi, and a competition game, with only 2 points ahead of nr. I probably lost te championship. Spend a little money Yesterday to Peel my team for the final matches. What kind of Joke is this update. With season als most over you guys Should have waited a few more. I want a refund for my purchase of Yesterday?

BUGS:
1) For some reason, the font on the SQUAD screen has been changed for me. All text are in bold fonts and bigger font. A bit weird and not looking so good.

2) The game keeps randomly freezing for short whiles on Chrome (not tested on Firefox yet). Never had a problem before the update. Here's a screenshot of this bug:

Hey hullabaloo. Can you post a screenshot of the font changes for me?

Regarding the freezing you're seeing, is it happening on the same screen every time?

Names of players don't appear on Matchup view, but do with the My Team view.

did you read the update info on the announcements forum section first? Obviously you didnt. You can put your DL (who used to be a DML) higher up the pitch in the position where he used to be a DML and he will basically be playing as a DML.
(The problem I think could happen with that is that you would want a DL behind the guy in the DML position and the game would think that you are using two DLs and complain with a red exclamation mark icon)

I get that the names of the players are in the SQUAD section but it is very time consuming to hop back-and-forth between the formatoin page and the squad page all the time to find out who can play in which position.

No, he was only on central during animation, when I checked settings he was on the wing - where he should be

Why you guys removed those great lists for penalty shot takers, FK and CK..? What's the point? It makes no sense.. now if I'm not watchnig the match, my penalty shot taker gets the red card and I have a penalty shot later in the match it will be lottery cuz you decided to remove full lists? ..and if it's extra time with penalties it's a full lottery if GM can't watch the game.. Hard to believe.

I thought only the DML/DMR positions were removed, not the AMC?

Btw, talking of daylight robberies, why have the defensive midfielders that could play across the pitch were given only one fullback position? I have two players in the squad who used to be DMC/DML/DMR and both of them have turned DL/DMC. Why are they being robbed of their ability to play on one of the flanks and have you guys thought of a way to compensate us for this?
