I think the main message behind the cup is... Have a crap average? Why don't we put you in with the lower levels who worked hard to get to your average, you'll get your confidence up and a nice trophy to add. And all you did was buy a few players having finished 11th last season.

If they are going to keep this disgraceful cup format, then at least TREBLE the prize money for to match its difficulty of winning, I lose $85M by going out in the Preliminary round. But I can play 50 friendlies this season for my training and get more greens/reds/blues and make MORE than the $85M that I would of got if I had won the cup.

Are friendlies actually worth it? I thought the energy and injuries you get from playing them results in a net loss of packs

Not really, but I'm low on $ now after last season buying those 3* and also out the cup, so on Non-CL days I'm going to play about 4 friendlies. Most of the friendlies will be played with sub/reserve players.

Don't you just love it when a player changes to an illegal formation in an attempt to win a match?

He lost the first leg 2-1 then rescheduled the match to 1am. He was losing 2-1 then changed to a 3N-1-3N-3 thinking he could win... Wrong! He lost 3-1 in the end loooool
