Compensation for high skilled players?

And I would like to know and many others (I guess) how yr players doin' if you don't mind of course.

I didn’t mean a refund of the greens I spent. But I hope for a redistribution of the skill points. I didn’t perform any exploit on my players, I just trained them. For now:

- they perform in games like a player with 16% less than the average skill they have (f.i. 124% instead of 140%)
- they gain skill points like a regular player (140% gains way slower than 124%)
- they keep gaining points in skills that are over 340%, which are useless

This all seams pretty unfair to me.
