You mean +1? If so, you should manipulate the draw by reducing your quality to prevent this. I don't know how exactly it works, but some other members may share a link. Your AVQ is counted by 14 highest quality players of your squad.

Yes. Besides, sometimes you may be in your level CL too even you have a really strong squad, that's related to the teams in your server I guess. Just a second, I will share a link of another thread in which there's a link of the thread that explains the manipulation too.
