    I never sign scout players who are more than 10sp to their next star. am i doing wrong?

    Well I would always say 4/9 players aged between 22-24, but I suppose 3/8 players arent too bad either. Good scouts are often hard to come by.

    4/9 players / 3/8 players : I don't get it do you mean 4~9 sp?
