let say old player in my case is 26 yrs above.
teenage player is 20 yrs and below
in between 20~26 is adults... lol

when new season start, i will put the old player to become substitute
adult player will remain at 1st 11
buy teenagers to become 1st 11 to fill the positiion that lefted by the old players

i will make my 1st 11 is filled with adult and teenagers only.
and 90% overall quality is the minimum requirement to be my 1st 11

others player who at reserve will be sold.
but before sell them, i will make sure i got enough subs and reserve player for daily training bonus

i will keep power train of teenagers until i finish up my rest pack. because they are faster to gain skills
then, collect about 30 rest pack every day again by watching video.

and do normal daily train for adult and old player including reserve (Without using rest pack).
its no point of wasting rest pack for adults and old one.

so, it taking about 6 season for adult players to become old in my case.
that's make me buy teenagers about every 6 seasons.
