They had them for 2 seasons now so of course I can see if there is a difference (and there is not) and compare them with their old one. ST who scored 6 goals all season still has the same goal ratio. All of them are not performing any better than they used to. I expected to see some of this SA to come handy during important matches or even regular ones, but no, the same good old players resolve the situation, if they are having a bad day than the team suffers.

My theory is simple players with preexisting SA (scouts, recommended,TM) seem to perform up to their task. Players whom I've trained a SA are no different.
And by the way when we spend packs and time to train players SA a 10% difference is not what we want. what is the point of the training then, I could care less if my AML scored 6 goals and now scored 8.
Every TE player has limits and after reaching his limits his rating starts to become stable for sometime before he starts to lag in behind ...
In another words, every TE 18 years old player is like a baby , he grows fast ( from 18-21 ) then growth slows down ( 21-25) then growth almost stops (25-28) then he stars to age and die slowly ( 29-33)...

Have you ever thought in which phase are your SA players during the assessment ? if they are in phase 2 or 3 or 4 ... don't expect much ...

I have had young players in my team for many seasons now and at a time even a 22 yo I considered old .My oldest player in my team is my AML/AMC Son and he is 25 and one of the best consistent players I have had, has been since he was 18 and I bought him the day the new transfer was implemented. He is the one I mentioned who is good with free kicks without SA, he scores most of the goals in important matches. Meaning a good player is not easy to spot from the outside or it can't even be created no matter how many packs you waste on him.

Most players I trained where U20 fast trainers. Some are 20,21 and 22 now.
