You should pay for some tokens not play. That's how it goes in top eleven.

If he plays the same formation, i would go with 3N-1-4-2

He doesn't have wingers so he wont be a threat down your wings so 3 centre backs will take care of the 2 strikers, defensive mid will have the attacking mid, you out-number the midfield and you have your 2 strikers.

Red arrows on DM, LM & RM, focus on both flanks, attack, whole pitch, short passing, hard tackling maybe to win the possession battle (at your own risk)

That is just what i would do, good luck!

I will follow your advice but i want my DR to play because is my best player. He only plays as a DR and a DMR. So.... :/

    4-1-4-1 should work.
Are you playing offensive? red arrow on dl-dr-ml-mr and blue on dmc?
    Are you attacking both flanks?
    Play offensive
    press whole pitch
    focus mixed on the flanks
You should be able to win.
And if something goes wrong play 4-4-2 remove dmc for a striker and play mixed focus, mixed pass.
    Hope this help.

    My advice is:
Play your usual formation (formation your players are used to play in) and make mentality of your team more attacking.

I am used to play like that: Still same formation and I hope my team will win - when they lose or tie it is destiny... I believe that changing formation does not help, I think my team plays worse after changes of formation and with same formation they play better and better

On your line up screen you have the option to save about 4 formations, i think. I always set up my tactics 12 hours minimum before the match.

He played a 4-1-4-1 and lost, he needs something more attackive.
As for your best player, unless he has a special ability, he wont have much affect in the game as nobody is up against him.

My best player is my defensive midfielder and i only use him to counter attacking mids.
