You may have a very successful team with only 13-14 "serious" players. I have 16 myself but just to make sure. A couple of them hardly play any game in the season.
I’m worried about (yellow/red) ban and injuries during the match . I also think 16 should be enough. One goalkeeper is enough too right. Never had a keeper sent off or injured.
