They are all with special abilities ... so they are from the scouts ... and the evidence about this is his striker he is 7*, he train him till 7* only in this season means he bought him with 6* from the scout.

@Adel, I had in one season 8 players with SA from transfers so it's really possible but yes in that case more then sure they are from scout. But I said like idea, it can be from transfer list.

well u don't have 2 buy scout to have a scout player,just need to buy a normal 1 that have 5 star and SA then after several match he will become a scout,but the thing is u will have to prepare 4 bidding war ,i have 2 scout players 19-21yrs ^^.I'm still prefer bidding war than scout,cus most scout can only play 1 position and they are old
