Seriously,180 goals for 30tk.
I just played against a 60% lower opp and won 2-0,sure...when you have Neuer of other keeper like that front of you (70% of shots saved),impossible to score more.
So why do you give us this king of "surprises" if you don't let us score more?
Last season i scored 10 or 15 times against this kind of team,and now....... no coment.
CL=First game i won 0-4,return game lost 1-2,same 22 players,same forms and same bonus used,so wtf....
Tired to spend my time on a live game for that,give us the final score after 5sec,result is already made/known by your computer/server before the game begins!!!!

Before the update I usually used "butterfly formation" but since DML/DMR got removed and the results against really weak opponents were quite disappointing I changed to 451-V. Not sure whether this season is better because I already had two troll results in my league but at least my three offensive players are performing better. ^^

Well, let's see. I have the feeling I'm not "getting" this game anymore (regarding tactics and formations). But if there is a logic behind that and I have the chance to adept it's alright. Before last season I usually sold my players age 22 or older and only tried to stick to younger ones. But since then I kept 6 22-23 players and pushed them with green packs and training but they were really bad. And they are still not as good as they where or probably should be.

If this season is disappointing I will sell all 22+ players and try to build up a new fresh team.

I agree that it was a much better game b4 the update. I'm probably 1troll result from throwing in the towel. I'm sorry but tanking is cheating (in my considered opinion) and becomes Wallet size V football knowledge. I can do both but it's groosly unfair and will see the game cannibalise itself . I wasn't talking about tanking and that's not my plan B (- at least not for now. I once thought about it but that's all; can't imagine to try it the next seasons with my as yet strategy but I can understand the motivation why some managers are doing it). :)

What I meant to say was to sell at the end of the season all 22+ year old players and build up a new young team in the upcoming season.

No worries. ;)

But before I'm just spamming this thread within a few hours with only a few non relevant messages: Cup went quite nice so far. Quarter finals are to be played. :) In the CL group phase only a miracle for the #2 opponent could stop us from losing the first place. In the league we've lost two games unexpectedly and are right now at the second place.

Season is going relatively well so far. This season seems to be a little tough because I've played against active managers that are attending in up to 80% of my matches. Having won the treble for the past 3 seasons against this set of active managers they seem to have figured out my tactics and now name a hard defensive formation with up to 7 defensive minded players and the orders of course set to defensive.

Teams that I know who normally play attacking formations with attacking order will switch to hard defending when they face me. One of them got me in the champions League 2 days ago and I suffered my second defeat in 4 seasons. However after a little research I've adapted my tactics and I discovered that using high pressing against defensive or hard defensive orders will tip the balance in favor of your opponent and since then I've crushed my cup opponent who used the defensive style 8-1 agg as well as my league and champions League opponent today 4-0,3-1 respectively who no surprise used a hard defense formation and orders, with all opponents present and watching the live match

Tsk it looks like you're facing a super tanker who has decided to promote this season. However you still have a chance just use a defensive formation with high pressing. Don't use low pressing against a far stronger opponent you'll get burned!

I would suggest that you sell off players at the end of the season so as to reduce your team quality to btw 105-110% I call it the sweet spot, you'll get into competitions with very active same level managers, you won't have to face such tankers or +1 level managers you'll face similar quality very active same level managers.

Im in one of these seasons where the game wont me attending.. I win without be present and all becomes hard if I attend, Im gonna go for a scout Gk as I see the main gks so unstable....

By the way 0-11 for us in league yesterday, with 5 goals of the aml Schmidt, same as the record of Beckham in the club that has been equalized many times but seems that is not posible see a player scoring 6 goals....

I can't even remember when i lost before in league??? This is my 32th season, maybe in 28 or 29??? I can' remember i swear :D and that was single loss :D

I think they messed with the 451V in the most recent updates....... You should probably try 4-1-4-1, it has been working pretty well with me :)

fun fact: engine said -> they hit us hard using counter-attacks! SAY WHAT? i played ONLY def/counter with 451v :D what kind of set do you want i said after realising my loss :D (my friend rescheduled to 2.30 AM, no managers was there, it was pure calculating without fans)

never mind! i'm the guy who has learned the lesson several times before but guys somebody please clarify the fact that our fav formations ninjanerfed lately or something. I CAN ACCEPT THAT! :)

I don't have any ML/MR*** and sharing Toxcatl's opinion. It's almost same formation.

***I don't want to invest tokens into new players. My plan is simple, i would like lose their percentage until they are fall below 60% (with continuous promotions) :) With the usual cup manipulation i'm gonna get (prolly, hopefully) weaker oppos in next seasons :) After falling below ~60% i will sell them for sure and i would like to buy a whole new starting 11 after that :)

It has been a successful 1st part of the season. Made it to cup semis, had a draw that I think I can turn around in the SL and went unbeaten in the league after defeating my 2nd place rival today. The draw was kinda of a troll since my player got injured after I made all subs, I thought I had it in the bag:p.Attachment 92533

Just played an insane 2nd leg of CL Ro16. Won the first leg at home a comfortable 3-1. Decided to take things easy and rest my best performing attackers, playing their new and average-performing teammates instead.

We were down 3-0 by the 52nd minute, definitely out, unless we we put one of our own in the back of the net. In comes Ospino [10 goals, 2 assists in 17 games last season] 3rd-string AMR this season for Moldovan [ new signing, 4th-string AMR this season].

He assists one for No9, Ramos, and YEAHHHHHHHHH, we're back in. But he wasn't even done. Scored one of his own 10 minutes later, 10 minutes before FT.

I excitedly pushed my DMCs into DC, MC into DMC, and AMC into MC for defensive solidity. Only that didn't mean ****. They got one back. Level 5-5. Right then, I panicked for a minute, before realising we would go through on away goals anyway if it ended that way. It did.

after win 3-1 in cl vs a -20% avq then lost 3-0 and Im out. xD

I wasted 79T¿??? in a recomendation Gk because my Gks were failing too much for what? a 5,8 rating.

Yeah I did not attend here the why of the 3-0 against a team with 5* vs me having 7*.

Time to hibernate.

This happened to me also in the past with the GK . When I buy e new GK I will not put it in the first 11 from the first match , he needs some time to get in shape :)

Believe me, he played some matches, in the end but, the best gk is the academy one of the 3 I have,,, then I used the "gift" 6* one that I received from the scout feature we had some weeks ago... but did some mistakes lately so, I went for another, and fail... ye but later all perfect, the league rival paid all with a double double yellow and

GK are a waste of Tokens. My first GK is 97% and I did not think about replacing him and I did the right thing, the rest of the team is performing well and he is also having decent performances because of this. GK never turn the match around.
