    451v low press less effective?

Anyone else play 451v with low pressing? Since this week's update every game my am states we need to be playing in opponents half more. Has this playing style been stifled since update? I have to keep switching to high press mid game. Hoping just a poor form, opponent gk great day temporary thing.

    yeah, I agree.
The classic automation of 4-5-1V [def/counters/ no/normal] isn't effective or gives low scores.

I've never really used low press for my 451v formation, I've always found it innefective. So I can't really blame the new update for it's innefectiveness

I could never perform well with low pressing, even when I am leading and switch from high to low my team concedes a goal. As someone who always preferred attacking mentality for 4-5v-1, I switched to normal, both flanks, counter attacks,MTM, high press and managed to overturn a match in CL and went to the final last season (of course I lost it in classic KenoticFC style the curse of the dutch continues to persecute me. )

High pressing means more condition loss, means less quality for the team.

agree but rarely I see a bad effect.
    - of course I use it after 35-40 '.
If it's set from the beginning of the game, that's different story.

Starting matches with players above 85% and making subs usually keeps that side effect into control. Niko said it right there are some major notable benefits switching from low to high during the match, but it is the contrary the other way around usually.

Al Svanberg did tests, it is 30-35% more CL from minute one. Or ~15% more for every half. What is the average CL on default mixed/off orders, like 20-25% if I'm not mistaken? I don't remember exactly, lol xD
So it is 3-4% of condition for every half or twice this amount for the whole match on High pressing. Equivalent of two green packs, approximately, if you summarise CL for the whole team. For every half played with high pressing.
