How to bid player from other than friend?

I would love an answer to this, I get the same . When I try to "buy" a top player off a stranger, I can't even bid ever ???

he/she is not in your server. if you want to make sure try add as friend. if cannot then you know he/she is not in your server.

Makes no difference. I've got a fair number of friends. I can't bid for their players though . Occasionally It allows me to bid for a cr*p player . The point we were making was how come complete strangers
can bid for your top players and how did they find you.??? P.s Not in same cup draw I've checked everytime.

friend from fb you cant be able to bid their player if they not in your server.
