Never bother with a second keeper. I actually won a game 2-1 once when my keeper got injured after about 10 minutes and I never bothered substituting him to see what would happen, so played 80 mins with no keeper.

Yes, several times. I always carry a spare GK. The pre-live action trick of not subbing an injured keeper doesn't work any more...
Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...
It's happened many times to me......maybe like 30 times, but i am in my 70 th season or something like that. I always have a reserve gk, but mainly to substitute the starter if he performs bad during live games
I have never had my GK injured or red carded in about 25 seasons.
Perhaps some people are more lucky than others?
