yes i think you need more cash with tournament money + sale of your player wont be enough. you probably need to exchange token with cash.
18-20yo on first week of season will be expensive could cost you 30-50 token. So i think you need to do it slow to replace your old player. You dont have to sell all keep the player that is performing.
Only sell if you get a replacement 1 at a time. At level 4 you can buy from nego. Hope you can do it wisely.
