How do you freeze your team?

I have read somewhere that you can stop playing top Eleven and then return to your team a few months later.
Do you have to do anything or do you just stop logging in daily?
And how long can you be inactive before you are kicked off the game?

If only it was a thing

There is no freezing, and inactivity doesn't get you kicked from the game. I think Nordeus need to look into this.
