You know that it is not necessary to train them that hard? =] You can train them just enough. 93, 87, 81, 75, 69, 63; these numbers should be familiar, no?

i know if training just enough to specific condition 93, 87, 81, 75, 69, 63 will not use green, (this is not use green)

but what i don't understand is the meaning of word "just for training" in sentence of "I never use greens for recover condition, just for training" (this is use green)

actually use or not?

isn't it use green just for training is actually also recovering the condition ?
