it depends on the different in strength with you and your opponent,
if about equal strength : begin with normal mentality, OFF counter attack
use attacking mentality if your team much stronger, and ON offside trap,
don't worry to ON offside trap when facing 4-4-2, because 4-4-2 is really suck at counter attacking
If your team much weaker, use defensive mentality, ON counter attack, low press, OFF offside trap
