Choosing the daily player?

This would be tempting if it came along after Saturday.
My 7star left back was left on the bench for last nights match due to a yellow card, top of the table match today. Didn't bother to change my squad last night, so this morning I get this daily player offering to replace my lowest rated player in my starting eleven.
Did I accidentally manage to manipulate the offer?

All depends on your average quality team. If your team have a very high average quality and your players are already 7,8 stars then is very likely to receive an 8,9 stars player which would cost you a small fortune.

What quality is oppo team?

Oppos quality is 94% against my 112%. I swapped out my 6 star defender for this one in the hope that I would at least be offered a high 5 star player to counter the attacker.
How the ass man thinks a 4 star is a decent match up against a 6 star striker is beyond me?
Ans as for the number of tokens? I can by better for less on auction.

It depends on team against you play (quality), (his one player where is the highest diference against your players). Years depends on your player.

99T???? For an 18yo almost 7* player. And all those tokens banked!! I would have taken that today, never mind at the weekend. He would soon power train with your abundance of Greens, surely you would not miss 100 or so to get him back there and beyond. That’s the lowest offer I’ve seen.

This is what I mean. With all the tokens and greens in the bank why was I offered such a good deal? I was expecting the same 1000 token player that others have been getting.
Did having a 3 star player in the starting 11 fool the game engine? Was it because he played the previous match? Is there a way to manipulate the players we are offered?

Yep. At first glance it's a very tempting offer. But then think it through. This offer player becomes what on Sunday? A 19 year old at 99%. Now that's a negotiation list player. And who pays 99 tokens through negotiations? Nobody.
So I could wait until Sunday and find the same player through negotiations, 19 years old, 99% and pay 30 tokens for him. 10 to the seller and 20 to Nordeus and at the side of this player from daily offers I'm getting a bargain. Right? Wrong. I'm not getting a bargain because I wouldn't normally offer 10 tokens to a manager with a 1 position, no special ability player for sale. How many ten token offers have I seen for my players over the last 5 seasons? Not many.
Again my point is that, having worked through what will happen to this player over the next few days I know I can buy cheaper from Sunday onwards through negotiations. But my mind set has been slightly altered as to what I consider a bargain to be if I'm thinking that I could buy the same player for 30 tokens in negotiations, when in fact I wouldn't normally offer more than 4 (total to pay 15 max.)
I've said this in another thread, but these offers are just a marketing/psychology tactic from Nordeus in order to get us to blindly accept the higher prices we are paying for players through the auction system. 99 tokens for this player is only a bargain during the first week of a season, not the last few days.
