You must need to know de font name and install it into your phone.
About the numbers, you can't add numbers at your club name.
Edit: unless you'll go start with a new team you're able to do that.

Alright, thanks for the help Casper. About the numbers, is starting with a new team the only way? Because this guy is level 51 and I've seen players with higher levels and with numbers at their clubs name. Cheers

Yes that's the only way that you can add numbers in the club name.
That's normal to see managers in high levels with numbers in their teams, that's because they never change their club name. I know a lot of managers who have never changed it.
Recently my team was Sporting1906 and sometime ago I changed the name and now if I want to add some numbers, I just can't because the game doesn't allow to do that unfortunately.
