FT next season or wait?

So I just came back to top eleven after 3 years
When i logged in I was at level 13 with many tokens and resources and managed to win the league and the cup this season and will be moving up to level 14
At the moment I have 430 tokens, 576 rest packs and was wondering if I should buy young fast trainers next season and train them to 120% on 1st day of season or should I just save up all my resources and farm more packs and just finish in the top 8 teams to promote and FT the season after when I will have 800-900 more rest packs and perhaps train more players or train some to 140% ?

if i was you, i will use a method that i've read from @Toxcatl posted

get only 3 FT and train them until 120% each season, and repeat every season for another 3 FT.

and at the 4th season, you will have full squad that you trained from the FT players with the oldest player is 21 yr/o which he still can be improved further.

but, you are the manager of your team, you make the decision..

it's in Tutorials and guides section but it's about training, not season's/game strategy
