He is really fast then.... 14 seem to be fastest from what I have noticed....

I thought they were all fast until this season when I decided to train the 0 token Academy player I got last season who was now a 16% quality 19yo I calculated that I would spend about 450 rests to get him to 140%. I gave him a new position and a special ability and was surprised he wasn't training so fast, but I didn't give it much thought. It wasn't until I started normal training to boost his quality that I realized he was an awfully slow trainer. I couldn't belief my eyes when my 1star Academy player was getting just about 10-11 skill points for every 5 rest pack spent.

I had to call off the entire endeavor in the end I wasted over 120 rest packs. I trained him to 19% so that I can at least sell him on negotiation and since then I've been getting annoying 0tokens and 1token offers

I have started training them over 12 seasons now, my first experiment retired 3seasons ago another one is retiring this season with over 350goals and 150assists.. I only buy a 12 or 14 tokens academy product....
