I've always wondering after skills cap player will gain the same #% or no!, today I tested it and the answer is NO.
I have a player just reached the peak of (Passing) and (Speed), he got 8% for 12 rests with the drill (PASS, GO & SHOOT) (PASSING - SHOOTING - SPEED), 23% for 12 rests with the drill (1 ON 1 FINISHING) (TACKLING - DRIBBLING - FINISHING).

What a waste!
