I never beat him in 7 maches.....

that's logic, with those orders

hard attack mixed short cttk on low presure easy tack

.
you can start with some formation like 4-5-1V or 4-1-4-1 or 4-1-3-1-1
defense/counters high pressing, normal tackling, no offside, mix pass

and if it doesn't work, switch to attack/no counters , maybe add man to man.
