    Training speed

    Hi guys, I have just spend some time preparing my team for new season. As always I spend around 500 rests that I have saved from ads. I have excel where I track how fast players are training. I have just realized, that training speed on average dropped three times (three times more greens needed to achieve same things).

    DOES anyone else have noticed the same?

    Usually I'm lazy and doing mass training drills

    This time I trained 6 of my players (DL, DR, DC, DC, DMC & MC) with High Pressure. I've spent 300 rest's and statistically expecting to get around 450 skill points (player age and level are calculated into this). But I've only received around 150 skill points. Very dissapointed that I have noticed it after splashing 300 rests

    You do realise that the training was all screwed up last season in a vain attempt to stop the creation of mutant players.

    I don't know if the attempt was vain, can you prove that managers are still capable of producing mutant players?

    It depends what you call "mutant",you need much more greens for a player 340%-1% but now you can create a player +200%

    My wording was wrong. Can anyone show that managers are willing to create mutant players now? Sure, you can still do so if you have the time and money, but the necessary resources to do so have increased hugely.

    I think, although it's still early days, that having players at +200% is much more realistic than having players at 340%-1%. It's going to be a while before people understand how to train players in the most efficient way, you can either throw greens at the problem or farm until it becomes clearer. I know what I'm gonna do.

    Well, I farm green whole season, and then at the beginning of the new season I train my players. And I'm not so regular here in forums as I have busy schedule. It took me couple days to go through all 18 pages of discussion about these oficial training changes...
    But wow, big changes, I just hope it will do something good for the community, not for the exploiters/haters...

    Now I'm afraid to spend greens, as I still cannot understand how to train effectively. Has anyone got any idea how to train new 18 years old fast trainer?
