VERY EASY and EASY DRILLS + some medium and hard drills are no longer effective in generating skills as before.

example: warm up - stretch - Video analysis - use your head -Skill drill- one on one finishing - GK for Goal keepers

you don't gain much with those drills anyway.
Do you mean after a lot of GK training ?

A... I haven't had any skills improved by the GK Training function in the past 2 weeks; so now I just don't use it.
