oh my god i just noticed something... why did my team get promoted to division 12 after i finished 9th? maybe due to fair play? but it happened on real soccer once where elche got relegated

yes there is "exception" note in that rule, i bet it usually happen on 9th team if not enough team on your server to play on next level league or if your team is strong enough to participate on next level, only happen on 9th, and never heard about 10th got promoted

It is possible for all 14 teams to promote.
Happened to me when I tried to tank a season. I finished 14th and still levelled up along with everyone else.
I’ve had the same league opponents for the last 15 seasons now.

For a noob who's playing his 1st-2nd season
or someone who don't speak English
or never been in this forum it's unfair.
But not for you. You re playing T11 almost a year and you are in the forum few months.
