What formation do you suggest for new 35T "passive" second acc?

Hey guys!

I scr3wed up my main % a "little bit" (168% avg now ) Yes i paniced last day before nerfed GK trick

BUT!
As a title said i would like to test kinda long term"ish" with my own created rules. behold:

-Wanna start a google-based new team 1st day of next season
-Gonna snipe for "high valued" 18-19 yo. players 'ween 40-45% range (And yes of course gonna snipe low value players for subs/draw manip.)
-Only managing from 35T
-Only 2 logins/day: 1 for farming greens and for before im going 2 sleep
-All farmed greens goes to training session i don't want to collect it like a hamster
edit: of course i would like to find similar low% (half) active asso for this team

And here is my simple question?

What formation/tactics do u recommend for this "weak" squad?

Was wandering and i would use 4-1-4-1 or 4-5-1v! (def/counter/flanks/hard tackle)
