In all seriousness it should be world cup rules. Head 2 head first Maybe? Then gd then goals scored. Then drawing of lots (lottery)

Hey pnr. It's same rules as CL/SL.

So head 2 head 1st then gd then goals. Being only 3 games more chance still level after above criteria. Then just random luck I imagine?
