On the World Cup semifinals my team which has 111% power played against a 93% power team. They scored with 1min on. The end result was 3x3 and on the penalty kicks their keeper defended 3 shots, which of one was from my 147% superstar player that happens to be a penalty kick specialist.

So I spent hours on the preparation phase along with more than 150 rest packs to lose to a team that is almost 20% weaker?!

I had stopped playing TopEleven years ago just because of things like that. I started playing again for about 2 months now and I’m pretty sure I won’t be eager to keep on playing past the end of this current season.

Very sad and frustating.

Sure. That’s why my team had won every single game prior to that one. Even during preparation phase.

Had 10% training, watched the game. Players were 99% energy. There is no racional explanaition except for the same one they always give you “you can’t win everytime no matter how good your team is”

But we don’t actualy play the match. All we can do is prepar enough to make our team better than our opponent’s. So it’s very annoying when you lose to a worse team during a crucial match.

Isn't that the whole point of being a manager? How many times has Mourinho himself said that he "can't go kick the ball for them" when his players lose to a lesser team?
