    Yes and nope. With the draw system that this IC have you cant say one thing or another exactly, but, in some sense if you train you have more advantage... I think.... cuz looking that the way to obtain players is closed once the Group Stage is made, should be an advantage...

    still Im not 100% sure, but is determinant that, for example if you keep a low avQ team, once draws are made you can't train individually the players... so manipulation is really resource consuming "if exists"...
