skill point question

Do you get more skill points overall from a friendly or from training Practice match + Cardio + Stretching.

I know how many for the training, but I dont know what the average you are supposed to get from a friendly.

i`v had a couple friendlies, that i arrange with oppo and found you do get skill point`s for 4/5 player`s depending on where training bar is ? so not that great, friendly games are better for if winning packs in my view
