It counts the AvQ, main quality, and the points gathered inside a new position or ability, don't count. This would be like to say that a SA means +50 XP points per player, and that's not how it works.

Think that u can't retire this points and if you have 49 points of a SA and you sell the player, the new manager loses these gathered points too.
